How You Can Pray

1.  Faithfulness to our calling as followers of Christ. God has commissioned us to implement His vision for strengthening His church. God's work done in God's way results in God's will being accomplished, but faithfulness is key.


2.  Spiritual protection. Satan will attempt to sabotage each member of the LATN team. We need God's protection and "full armor" to resist Satanic at­tacks. Pray that God's Spirit will permeate the LATN team to keep each member pure and holy.


3.  Organizational resources. Pray that the team would have God's mind in creatively raising the resources needed for LATN to move forward, and that God would touch the hearts of hearers to respond gener­ously.

 

4.  Additional support for staff. Pray for those who are currently raising prayer and financial support. Pray also for those who are lacking support and need to raise more.  Please see the link to Specific Funding Needs for more details.

 

5.  Course writers. Pray for our course writers to have stamina, perseverance, wisdom, under­standing, and educational resources. God has en­trusted LATN course writers with the awesome responsibility of instructing key leaders throughout Latin America.  Also pray that God will continue to provide LATN with excellent qualified course writers.

 

6.  Students. Pray that God will help us reach the students that He wants us to train, and that the students will have the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical resources to complete courses, and to reproduce this teaching in the lives of others.  Also pray that by October 2011, God will bless LATN with 350 students-200 of which will be key difference-makers in the evangelical Church.



7.  Courses.  Pray that LATN will have wisdom in developing biblical, life-impacting courses which are relevant to our students' needs.  Pray for the courses in any stage of development, and the new courses needed to be produced.

 

8.  Vision 2011. Pray for the accomplishment of Vision 2011's ten goals (see the Vision 2011 link on this website).  We believe God has led the team to put together an ambitious plan to initiate significant change in the Latin American Church.  If God has led us to develop the plan, we need to be faithful in following Him to accomplish it.
