Connect » LATN Summit

Presented issues will include:
Plan to arrive at the San José, Costa Rica airport (SJO) on Monday, March 1st, as the Summit will begin at 8:00am, Tuesday, March 2nd. The Summit will conclude with the evening meal on Wednesday, March 3rd. The hotel provides an airport shuttle service (about a 25 minute ride).
Costs: The cost for attending this event is a one-time donation of $675 US dollars per person (participants' spouses may attend for $575). Our preference is that you bring to Costa Rica cash or a check payable to "Asociación Educativa Prometa Latinoamericana." This amount includes 3 nights in the Casa Conde Apartotel, breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, transportation in Costa Rica, tips, Summit materials, and all the Costa Rican coffee you can drink!
You will be responsible for your airfare and a $26 airport exit tax.
Meals: ProMETA will be responsible for all your Summit meals, beginning with breakfast at the hotel on the 2nd and ending with breakfast on the 4th.
Lodging: Guests will be staying at the Casa Conde Aparthotel and Suites, a lovely 4 star hotel about seven minutes from the ProMETA office. This is a great hotel, with a swimming pool, hot tub, and comfortable accommodations. All accommodations will be double-occupancy.
If you would like to arrive earlier in the week or leave later in the week, please let us know so arrangements can be made. The cost for the room will be separate from the cost of the Summit, but we have negotiated with the hotel to keep the cost as low as possible.
If you would like to take advantage of our location by staying an extra day (Thursday, March 4th) to view God's masterful creativity as it is displayed in Costa Rica's beauty, we would be glad to make the arrangements for a day trip to a volcano and the La Paz waterfall gardens (http://www.waterfallgardens.com/). A minimum of six people is required for this excursion. The additional cost will be around $60 per person (lunch included) plus the cost of an extra night at Casa Conde. Other excursions are available as well.
We humbly request that you confirm your attendance by completing our registration form by January 31, 2010.
