Programs » Christian Leadership
The Christian Leadership program seeks to develop students into effective servant leaders with a broad knowledge of leadership theory and practice, a deep understanding of biblical principles on leadership, and skills in analyzing leadership as it is exercised in their own countries and organizations. This program requires 60 semester hours of credit. Courses are taken in three 15 week semesters annually. Students study in classes of 6 to 16 students, in which they have intense interaction with one another and the professor. A thesis is optional.
Upon completion of the biblical theology track, students will demonstrate:
LATN also cultivates in the students a genuine spirituality, an ethic founded in Christian love, a servant’s attitude and a heart for missions.
