Biography
I was born in Costa Rica in the region of the Poas Volcano and grew up with 8 brothers and sisters. My life was blessed by parents who came to Christ early in their marriage, and as a child I attended church. I accepted Christ as my Savior when I was 5 or 6 years old during Sunday School under the shade of a tree with my big sister as my teacher. From childhood, I felt God's call on my life to ministry, but the call to be a pastor came in my youth.
I am married to Celenia Arroyo and God has blessed us with two children, Josue and Ana Ruth. It is our hope to serve the Lord until He takes us into His presence.
I am the pastor of a congregation which was planted along with my wife and other missionary brothers. My main job is to guide the congregation in their spiritual development and belief through Bible study. Visitation and evangelism are essential to my ministry. As an extension of the pastoral ministry, my wife and I have the challenge of working with adolescents for the past two years, given the lack of workers that we have in our area. God has blessed us for our hard work and we have seen His powerful hand working in the lives of these young people.
